Caller ID with optional WHOZZ CALLING 2 Modem. If you require Telephone ordering with Caller ID, Customer Recognition and previous ordering history, you will need a WHOZZ CALLING 2 Modem at £200 including vat.
In addition, you will need to register with Post Code Software and pay an annual subscription of £79. This covers post code upgrades and the Post Office annual fee. Telephone ordering is packaged with our software, once the modem is installed, the Caller ID program is activated. We can also integrate the software with Table Booking software from OpenTable Europe, Ltd.

UK Software Development have partnered with a specialist printer manufacture to provide a portable printer that can be programmed to send SMS to printer text messages and provide a print-out. No need for a telephone line or the Internet. It works on the Mobile Phone network.
It provides two-way communication, for example an order can sent to the SMS Printer from an online restaurant or takeaway website. We process the order on a server and send a GPRS message which includes all the food ordering information. You can ACCEPT the order and print the order for the kitchen. We have programmed a response that asks "how long will the food take to cook?" You enter the number of minutes i.e. 25, 30, 35 or 45 and press OK. A message is then sent to confirm when the food will be ready.
Only supplied as part of a software package, cost £75.
